It’s possible that your TV can’t be found by myTifi. The cause might be that your TV is not connected properly to your home network.
Each generation of TVs has a different menu. We have listed the instructions per model Series.
To retrieve your model Series, read our manual.

Please follow these instructions to setup you Samsung TV for network connectivity.
For a stable connection, it’s preferred to use a wired connection.
