Privacy Policy for Easy Address (deprecated)

SCOPE

In contrast to the majority of products, our Privacy Policy for Easy Address is brief and transparent.
This Privacy Policy applies to our mobile iOS application Easy Address (our “Service”), up to and including version 1.8.0.
For version 1.9.0 and above, read the updated version.
Please do not install or use Easy Address if you do not agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. DATA THAT WE COLLECT

We use 2 services from Fabric for the purposes as described in article 2:
i) Fabric Answers

Personal Data collected:
– Installation UUID
– IP Addresses – once received it is geo-coded to a city and displayed on Audience Insights map for 10 seconds. Retained temporarily.

Retention: Answers retains Installation UUID data for 90 days.

ii) Fabric Crashlytics

Personal Data collected:
– Installation UUID
– Crash traces

Retention: Crash traces and their associated identifiers are kept for 90 days.

The data is collected under the Fabric account of iMKapps and available via the Fabric Portal. Access to this portal is restricted to 1 employee of iMKapps.

2. USING OF INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to:
– Understand the way you use the Service so that we can improve your experience.
– Improve the quality of the Service by understanding the root causes of app crashes and preventing them by releasing app updates.

3. SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We will not sell, trade, or rent users personal identification information to others.
We may share your information with Law enforcement, when we are required to do so.

4. AD SERVING TECHNOLOGY

The Service does not contain any (third party) ad serving technologies.

5. SAFEGUARDS

iMKapps follows generally accepted industry standards and maintains reasonable safeguards to attempt to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of the information in iMKapps’ possession.

To keep personal data safe, Fabric employs extensive security measures to minimize access:

  • Fabric encrypts user data in transit and at-rest.
  • Fabric restricts access to a select group of employees who have a business purpose to access personal data.
  • Fabric logs employee access to systems that contain personal data.
  • Fabric conducts background checks on all employees.
  • Fabric only permits access to personal data by employees who sign in with 2-factor authentication.

6. OTHER

Any translation of this document into languages other than English is intended solely as a convenience to the non-English-reading public. The official text is the English text and any differences in the translation are not binding and have no legal effect.

7. CHANGES

We will periodically update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our information practices. Please check back regularly, as your continued use of the Service indicates your acceptance of any changes to this Policy.

This Privacy Policy is governed by Dutch law excluding its choice of law provisions.
